Return & Refund Policy
At Colored Threads, our goal is to provide quality products and reliable service so you can shop with confidence. We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, your order does not meet expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be clear, simple, and fair.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

Must be unused and in original condition.

Must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories.

Proof of purchase must be provided.
Note: If an incorrect item was ordered by the customer, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Return Method

All returns must be sent by mail. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.

A prepaid return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns. If the return is due to a customer ordering error or change of mind, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
How to return an item:

Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

Attach the provided return shipping label to the package.

Drop off the package at the shipping carrier listed on the label. (If you cannot locate your label, please contact our support team for assistance).
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for approved returns that meet our return requirements.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

Email the photos along with your order details to: support@shopcoloredthreads.com.
Requests submitted after 7 days or without proper photo evidence may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
